</div><div>Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a <b>Human Resource Generalist</b> to administer and execute human resource programs and strategy. In this position, you will perform tasks related to compensation and benefits, leave management, disciplinary actions, training, and employee engagement. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of Human Resource experience or a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and two years in the field. SHRM or PHR certification is preferred.</div><br>

<div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>

</div><div></div><br>
<ul><li>Perform routine tasks to administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, unemployment hearings, leave processes, disciplinary matters, investigations, and performance management.<br>
</li>
<li>Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and engagement surveys to support HR compliance and strategy.<br>
</li>
<li>Administer HR policies and procedures for company personnel, increasing HR outreach and employee engagement through site visits and driver ride-alongs.<br>
</li>
<li>Perform benefits administration, including open enrollment, claims resolution, and benefit communications.<br>
</li>
<li>Manage leave administration, including FMLA and LOA, using systems and software.<br>
</li>
<li>Provide coaching and counseling on discipline, terminations, conflicts, job transfers, and policy interpretation.<br>
</li>
<li>Collaborate with senior leadership on staffing, recruiting, and retention strategies, conducting research and organizational trend analysis.<br>
</li>
<li>Administer and monitor the performance evaluation program, assisting leadership in addressing performance concerns.<br>
</li>
<li>Support administration and monitoring of safety and HR policies, including PPE and Uniform Programs.<br>
</li>
<li>Facilitate community outreach efforts to involve Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. in local events for brand recognition.<br>
</li>
<li>Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.<br>
</li>
<li>Complete company development, safety, and compliance training.<br>
</li>
<li>Adhere to BLS policies, DOT, OSHA safety regulations, and C-TPAT best practices.<br>
</li>
<li>Follow workplace processes supporting ISO-9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 45001 quality certification programs.<br>
</li>
Perform other duties as assigned.<br>

<div>Bachelor's degree and five years of Human Resource experience or a Master's degree and two years in the field, or a similar combination of education and experience.<br>
</div>
<ul><li>SHRM or PHR certification preferred.
<br>
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.<br>
</li>
<li>Strong HRIS technology skills.<br>
</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>
</li>
<li>Strong work ethic, integrity, and mature business judgment.<br>
</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.<br>
</li>
Class D driver&rsquo;s license required, and candidate must be eligible for insurance under company policies.<br>
