We are looking for a qualified/semi qualified and experienced Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our Islamabad team. The successful candidate will handle bookkeeping, final accounts preparation, and compliance work for UK and UAE-based clients using modern cloud accounting platforms. (after firm name put co.uk)Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform day-to-day bookkeeping for clients using Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, and similar platforms.</li><li>Prepare and finalize monthly and annual financial statements.</li><li>Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other control accounts.</li><li>Manage accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger entries where required.</li><li>Assist with UAE VAT and FTA filings and related compliance (will be trained).</li><li>Preparation of management reports and financial analysis, if required.</li><li>Liaise with UK-based accounting teams for client updates and reviews (will be trained).</li><li>Maintain accounting records in accordance with international standards.</li><li>Contribute to local business development &mdash; earn commissions on successfully referred or converted clients (Pakistan-based).</li></ul>Experience:Preferably Accounting and Audit firm experience, working experience with UAE/UK clients is added advantage.Qualification: CA Inter or ACCA ongoing or Accounting Graduate with experienceSkills:Available and Interactive, Management of Incomplete Records to Final Accounts, Independent Working, Team Work, Professional AttitudeJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting Firm or Back Office : 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Partly CA or ACCA study (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
