Position Summary: 
Bentley Systems invites talented individuals to join our high-performance team of Product Sales Engineers. Our Sales Engineers are responsible for generating new business for Bentley Small and Midsize accounts. Sales engineers in the industry play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and winning sales opportunities for Bentley Systems by leveraging their technical expertise to clearly and compellingly explain complex products and services. This is a sales revenue-generating role that supports new and existing accounts with Bentley software products, services, and cloud offerings, helping our users achieve their desired business outcomes. You will help grow Bentley&rsquo;s market share within your assigned sales region. Successful Sales Engineers will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated, and have sales experience and Industry background. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Drive sales of Bentley&rsquo;s Geotechnical solutions to both new and existing users.</li><li>
Identify, qualify, and close inbound and outbound opportunities.</li><li>
Leverage LinkedIn and other social platforms to actively engage and nurture prospects.</li><li>
Design and execute targeted sales campaigns, including outcome-based live sessions.</li><li>
Build effective business plans to generate new opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets in your territory.</li><li>
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, through direct sales techniques and client meetings.</li><li>
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and manage opportunities in Salesforce while fully adhering to the Bentley Sales Process.</li><li>
Promote Bentley&rsquo;s value proposition to designers, engineers, contractors, and owners by aligning technical solutions with customer business objectives.</li><li>
Stay current with all Bentley commercial offerings, software policies, and solution updates.</li><li>
Negotiate sales and service agreements with professionalism and clarity.</li><li>
Confidently use social media and prospecting tools to drive engagement and pipeline growth.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
3+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering-related roles, preferably within an engineering organization.</li><li>
Open to engineers seeking to transition into technical sales.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering required, or equivalent training or experience; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li><li>
Familiarity with Bentley PLAXIS or similar solutions (e.g., MIDAS, Dlubal, Rocscience).</li><li>
Strong English communication skills and Arabic are advantageous.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritise effectively, and collaborate across departments.</li><li>
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general business applications.</li></ul>
