Position Summary</b></p><p>
Bentley Systems is seeking a talented <b>Software Engineer II</b> to become a valued member of our successful team. The primary focus will be developing modules contributing to MicroStation, Bentley&rsquo;s flagship Computer-Aided Design application which is used around the globe in world-class Engineering projects. Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Work closely with product management, development leads, and peers to complete required tasks.</li><li>
Participate in the design and development of new features.</li><li>
Write high-quality (efficient, well-tested, well-architected) code.</li><li>
Participate in code reviews to gain and share knowledge (while providing and accepting constructive feedback).</li><li>
Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and approaches as needed.</li><li>
Primary technologies you will work with include C++, Python</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
BS or MS in computer science, software engineering or related field</li><li>
Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience as a software engineer or equivalent</li><li>
Proficient in C++</li><li>
Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and proficiency in C++ and python</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of object-oriented programming and the proper application of design patterns</li><li>
Knowledge of CAD software development or customization.</li><li>
Must be proactive and results-oriented</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Ability to work independently and solve problems, and to know when to ask for help</li><li>
Ability to learn new technologies quickly, and apply them in production</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Skills</b></p><ul><li>
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development practices, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps processes/tools.</li><li>
Strong data structure and algorithm skills</li><li>
Experience building enterprise systems using <b>Visual Studio</b></li><li>
Experience with C++ and Python development</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Azure <b>DevOps, SCRUM</b>, and Agile methodologies.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Bentley Systems, Inc is looking for a self-starting individual to join its EasyPower team as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will work as a member of our technical support team to provide the highest quality software and engineering support to our customers. They will need to talk to customers directly, as well as create written documentation, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you enjoy working and interacting with customers and helping them solve their technical problems, this position is for you!</p><p><b><br>
Job Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution</li><li>
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues</li><li>
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams</li><li>
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers</li><li>
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues</li><li>
Prepare accurate and timely reports</li><li>
Create knowledge base including technical notes, and articles</li><li>
Develop and demonstrate expertise in Bentley's Electric Utilities software products</li></ul><p><b><br>
Skills Required</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent work experience</li><li>
1-2 years related experience</li><li>
Demonstrated proficiency with all modern Windows operating systems</li><li>
Comfortable troubleshooting software and network problems</li><li>
Strong oral and written communication skills</li><li>
Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions</li></ul><p><b><br>

Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
2 to 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales function.</li><li>
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment without compromising the quality of work.</li><li>
Excellent active listening skills, written communication skills, and the ability to effectively present written and verbal information to users and prospects via phone and email.</li><li>
Knowledge of customer success, power BI and/or Salesforce is a plus. Passionate about providing users with a positive experience.</li><li>
Ability to problem solve and propose solutions using data to drive decisions. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p><b>
