Position Overview: We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Interns to assist in managing and optimizing our online store and digital sales operations. This role provides hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of e-commerce, including tasks such as product listing, website management, customer engagement, and analytics. Ideal candidates will have a passion for digital commerce, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Product Management:</li><li>Assist in adding and managing product listings on the e-commerce platform.</li><li>Ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing details are accurate and up-to-date.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with the relevant teams.</li><li>Order Management:</li><li>Process online orders and ensure smooth coordination with the logistics team for timely delivery.</li><li>Handle customer queries regarding orders, returns, and refunds professionally.</li><li>Maintain records of sales, shipments, and customer feedback.</li><li>Content Creation and Marketing:</li><li>Assist in creating engaging content for product pages, banners, and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Work with the marketing team to plan and execute email campaigns, social media promotions, and seasonal sales events.</li><li>Research and suggest strategies to improve website traffic and conversion rates.</li><li>Customer Engagement:</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via email, chat, and social media.</li><li>Address customer complaints and concerns effectively to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Help build and maintain positive relationships with customers.</li><li>Market and Competitor Research:</li><li>Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.</li><li>Provide insights to help improve product offerings and online visibility.</li><li>Website Optimization:</li><li>Assist in website maintenance and ensure it runs smoothly across all devices.</li><li>Identify and report website bugs or issues to the technical team.</li><li>Test website functionalities, such as checkout processes, to ensure a seamless customer experience.</li><li>Analytics and Reporting:</li><li>Monitor website traffic, sales trends, and customer behavior using analytics tools.</li><li>Compile and present data-driven reports to improve the e-commerce platform's performance.</li><li>Suggest improvements based on customer feedback and analytical insights.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and web analytics.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.</li><li>Soft Skills:</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.</li></ul>Why Join Us?
