</li><li>Identify target markets and develop outreach programs to increase community awareness.
</li><li>Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to inform strategic planning.
</li><li>Coordinate promotional events and activities to enhance the community&rsquo;s visibility and engage potential residents.
</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and businesses to foster partnerships and referral sources.
</li><li>Educate families and potential residents about the benefits of senior living and the specific offerings of the community.
</li><li>Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage follow-ups, and analyze sales performance metrics.
</li></ul>Qualifications
<ul><li>Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the senior living or healthcare industry.
</li><li>Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing occupancy rates.
</li><li>Strong understanding of the senior living market and community dynamics.
</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership capabilities.
</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and community engagement.
