We are currently seeking a proactive Cyber Security Engineer with proven technical expertise to help safeguard and strengthen our technological environment. WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:
As an integral member of our Technical Services Department, the Cyber Security Engineer will design, implement, and maintain security policies across systems and networks. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a secure, resilient infrastructure that supports our overall business objectives.
You&rsquo;ll be expected to:<ul><li>
Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to system logs, vulnerabilities, security incidents, and support tickets.</li><li>
Lead and coordinate security testing efforts, including vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and social engineering exercises with internal teams and external vendors.</li><li>
Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends to proactively defend against evolving threats and mitigate risks.</li><li>
Support system resilience through backup/recovery strategies, patch management, and high availability initiatives.</li><li>
Document, track, and drive remediation efforts while providing training, guidance, and support to IT staff and end users.</li></ul>
SCHEDULE + WORK ENVIRONMENT:<ul><li>
Full-time: Monday - Friday, 8 am &ndash; 4:30 pm</li><li>
Location: On-site in our Bethlehem, PA office</li><li>
Flexibility: May work from home up to 2 days per week</li></ul>

Annual Salary: $92k - $100k, commensurate with experience</li><li>

Requirements:

The successful candidate is naturally curious and continuously seeks out new knowledge to adapt to an ever-evolving landscape. You can collaborate effectively across teams, communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and remain calm under pressure when responding to incidents.
EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>
Bachelors (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school.</li><li>
Minimum 6 - 8 years related experience and/or training; or</li><li>
Equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Direct experience with following systems (or comparable tools): Qualys, BitWarden, Varonis, MS Defender</li></ul>
