 We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Boiler Operations &amp; Maintenance Technician to join our team at BWE
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Start, operate, and shut down boilers following safety procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor key parameters: pressure, temperature, water levels, combustion, and flow rates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adjust controls to optimize thermal efficiency and energy consumption.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record operational data in logs (digital or manual).
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate pumps, burners, valves, feedwater systems, and fuel systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform surface and bottom blowdowns as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute basic preventive maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, filter replacement, minor adjustments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist specialized technicians with corrective maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report abnormalities and participate in internal/external inspections.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure correct functioning of all safety devices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with production, mechanical, electrical, and utility teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support operation of auxiliary systems: compressors, vacuum pumps, water treatment, softeners, RO systems.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 Education
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Industrial, mechanical, or electromechanical technician.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid Boiler Operator Certification (as per local regulations).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of experience operating industrial boilers or thermal equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with steam systems, combustion, and water treatment (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of combustion, heat transfer, and fuels (gas, diesel, biomass, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read P&amp;IDs, technical manuals, and measurement instruments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Teamwork and communication.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to respond under pressure or emergency conditions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and operational discipline.
