We&rsquo;re seeking an <b>enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant</b> to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to begin or grow a career in Human Resources while supporting the full employee lifecycle&mdash;from recruitment and onboarding to employee support and compliance in this 30 hour per week position.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll play a vital role in helping us attract, hire, and retain top talent, while ensuring our HR operations run smoothly.</p><p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h2><ul><li>
Post and manage job openings across platforms and support recruiting outreach efforts.<br>
</li><li>
Assist with applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.<br>
</li><li>
Support onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a great start.<br>
</li><li>
Maintain accurate employee records and assist with compliance documentation.<br>
</li><li>
Respond to employee inquiries about policies, benefits, and HR processes.<br>
</li><li>
Provide general HR and office support, including reports, event coordination, and training logistics.</li></ul>
Requirements:<p></p><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></h2><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; HR, Business, or related coursework a plus.<br>
</li><li>
0&ndash;2 years of HR or administrative support experience (internships welcome).<br>
</li><li>
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>
</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems preferred.<br>
</li><li>
Bilingual ability (Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole) is a plus.<br>
</li><li>
Customer service mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to handle confidential information.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
