Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Director to lead and oversee our non-skilled private home care operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of home care, and have a passion for enhancing quality. This role involves managing care services, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for clients with diverse needs. The Home Care Director will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of care and services while managing operational efficiency and staff development.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and oversee personalized care plans tailored to residents&rsquo; individual needs.</li><li>Supervise and lead caregiving staff, including nurses and home care support personnel, ensuring adherence to care standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Manage daily operations including staffing schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations including policy development for compliance assurance and best practices.</li><li>Lead quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve client and staff satisfaction and operational effectiveness.</li><li>Onboard staff and provide regular education and oversee the intake of new clients.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven management experience within home care preferred, however experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or retirement communities strongly considered.</li><li>Demonstrated supervisory experience and the ability to work independently a must.</li><li>Must possess a strong understanding management including budgeting and customer service.</li><li>This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors by leading compassionate caregiving teams within the community.
