Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p>
As a Workers&rsquo; Compensation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting our attorneys and providing exceptional support to our clients. Some key responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining up-to-date and accurate case notes in our advanced case management system</li>
<li>Efficiently handling the opening and processing of cases/files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained</li>
<li>Client Communications</li>
<li>Requesting and organizing supporting documentation</li>
<li>Filing necessary forms and documents with the MD Workers&rsquo; Compensation Commission</li>
<li>Prepare cases for hearings</li>
</ul>
