This role is responsible for managing personal errands, coordinating family logistics, organizing schedules, arranging travel, and handling a wide variety of administrative and household tasks that allow the CEO to focus on leading her business and spending quality time with her family.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before being asked, and takes pride in making someone else's life run more efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal &amp; Household Management<ul><li>Grocery shopping and household supply runs</li><li>Dry cleaning pickup and drop-off</li><li>Package pickup, shipping, and returns</li><li>Personal shopping for clothing, gifts, and household items</li><li>Coordinate home maintenance appointments and service providers</li><li>Schedule repairs, deliveries, and household vendors</li><li>Maintain household inventory and replenish supplies as needed</li></ul>Family Support<ul><li>Assist with transportation for children's school activities, extracurricular events, and appointments as needed</li><li>Coordinate family calendars and schedules</li><li>Schedule medical, dental, and personal appointments</li><li>Assist with planning birthdays, holidays, and family events</li><li>Handle miscellaneous family-related errands</li></ul>Travel Coordination<ul><li>Book domestic and international flights</li><li>Reserve hotels, rental cars, and transportation</li><li>Prepare travel itineraries</li><li>Research destinations, restaurants, and activities</li><li>Coordinate travel logistics for the CEO and family</li></ul>Executive &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Manage personal calendar appointments</li><li>Track receipts and organize expenses</li><li>Conduct online research</li><li>Order products and supplies</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers</li><li>Assist with special projects and miscellaneous administrative tasks</li><li>Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they become problems</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or in a similar role</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Highly dependable with excellent follow-through</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li><li>Professional demeanor with excellent judgment</li><li>Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, online shopping platforms, and travel booking websites</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Valid driver's license</li><li>Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance</li><li>Clean driving record</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when necessary</li><li>Comfortable running errands throughout Columbia, MD, and surrounding areas</li><li>Flexibility to adjust priorities as business and family needs change</li></ul>Pre-Employment RequirementsEmployment is contingent upon successfully completing the following:<ul><li>Comprehensive criminal background check</li><li>Motor vehicle record (MVR) check with a satisfactory driving history</li><li>Verification of employment history</li><li>Minimum of three professional references from previous supervisors or employers</li><li>Signed Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)</li></ul>Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is someone who naturally enjoys making other people's lives easier.
