Job Summary: Delivery Supervisors are responsible for managing a Team of Drivers, while overseeing the transportation and delivery of Bernick&rsquo;s beverage products

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>
Be the point of contact for assigned Drivers and provide effective communication to teams</li><li>
Supervise and support daily delivery operations to ensure timely, accurate, and safe deliveries</li><li>
Monitor driver performance, including on-time delivery, route compliance, and customer feedback</li><li>
Plan and assign delivery routes, adjusting schedules as needed to meet customer demands and efficiency goals</li><li>
Lead, train, and mentor delivery drivers to meet performance, safety, and customer service standards</li><li>
Manage and approve driver timecards, attendance, and compliance documentation</li><li>
Handle customer concerns related to delivery issues promptly and professionally</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>
Have 3-5 years of experience in Transportation and Logistics</li><li>
Have a valid Class A Driver&rsquo;s License; driving record which meets Bernick&rsquo;s standard (or willing to obtain 1)</li><li>
Can lift and move product weighing 50-165 pounds</li><li>
Are able to bend, lift, twist, while moving product off the truck</li><li>
Previous supervisory experience preferred</li></ul>

Base Compensation:

$60k-$68k/yr. 


Potential Other Compensation (based on position eligibility):

Various bonuses, commissions, incentive pay, mileage reimbursement, etc.
