<ul><li>Oversee HR operations for nursing home facility in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.</li><li>Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for nursing and administrative staff.</li><li>Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to create a positive and inclusive work environment.</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to address employee relations, performance management, and training needs.</li><li>Act as a liaison between staff and management to address concerns and improve overall employee satisfaction.</li></ul><br>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR management or related field.</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the healthcare industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Florida.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.</li></ul><br>
