We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Executive with extensive experience in managing online sales platforms and a strong background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the Fruits &amp; Vegetables sector to manage and grow our online business operations. Your responsibilities will include handling product listings, coordinating with suppliers and delivery teams, monitoring online orders, optimizing sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, managing promotions, and identifying new opportunities to enhance our digital presence and drive sales growth.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and prices across various e-commerce platforms (such as Talabat, Noon, Amazon, Careem, etc).</li><li>Monitor daily online orders, ensure timely processing, and coordinate with the logistics and dispatch teams.</li><li>Maintain inventory levels online and synchronize with warehouse stock.</li><li>Analyze online sales performance and prepare regular reports.</li><li>Handle customer queries and feedback received through online channels.</li><li>Assist in promotional campaigns, offers, and digital marketing activities.</li><li>Ensure all listings comply with company branding and product quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate product information and availability.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fruits, vegetables, or FMCG sector.</li><li>Strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, and online portals).</li><li>Knowledge of online marketplaces and inventory management systems.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
