Your enthusiasm and expertise will help shape the next generation of scientists, engineers, and problem-solvers.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Design and implement comprehensive robotics and STEM curricula aligned with educational standards and student needs.</li><li>Lead interactive lessons that incorporate robotics projects, coding exercises, and engineering design challenges.</li><li>Utilize learning technology tools to enhance student engagement and understanding of complex concepts such as trigonometry, geometry, calculus, algebra, and discrete math.</li><li>Manage classroom activities to promote positive behavior, effective classroom management, and a respectful learning environment.</li><li>Mentor students through individual or group tutoring sessions focused on scientific research methods, laboratory experiments, and project development.</li><li>Assess student progress through standardized testing, project evaluations, and formative assessments; provide constructive feedback to support growth.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, instructional design, and integrating new educational technologies.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of student performance, lesson plans, and classroom activities; ensure accurate proofreading of all instructional materials.</li><li>Support students with special education needs or behavioral management plans as required by the school&rsquo;s policies.</li><li>Participate in professional development opportunities related to STEM education, research laboratory techniques, and instructional best practices.</li></ul>&lt;Skills&gt;<ul><li>Strong knowledge of robotics programming languages and hardware components.</li><li>Expertise in STEM subjects including trigonometry, geometry, calculus, algebra, biology (cell biology, genetics), microbiology, biochemistry, molecular biology, organic chemistry.</li><li>Experience in curriculum development tailored for diverse learners across different educational levels.</li><li>Proficiency with learning technology platforms and digital tools for instruction and assessment.</li><li>Laboratory experience with dissection techniques and scientific research methodologies.</li><li>Excellent classroom management skills coupled with effective communication skills for working with students of varying abilities.</li><li>Ability to design engaging lesson plans that incorporate instructional design principles and research-based teaching strategies.</li><li>Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and educational administration processes.</li><li>Background in higher education teaching or private school experience is advantageous.</li><li>Demonstrated mentoring skills to support student growth academically and personally.</li><li>Experience in library services or supporting research activities enhances your ability to guide student inquiry projects effectively.
