We are looking to hire a highly trained Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) that is looking to make a difference in children's and families lives while enjoying every minute of it!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $135,000.00 per year 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification</li><li>
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy</li><li>
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism</li><li>
Strong patient care skills and ability to conduct patient assessments</li><li>
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation</li><li>
Prior experience in supervising and diagnostic evaluation</li><li>
Familiarity with medical terminology and records</li><li>
Ability to collect and analyze data for behavioral intervention</li></ul>
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.</li><li>
Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.</li><li>
Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers.</li><li>
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for clients.</li></ul>
