<div><div>As a Health IT Operations Analyst, you&rsquo;ll monitor and support critical network and system operations to ensure reliable performance across business systems and services. You&rsquo;ll troubleshoot issues, respond to incidents, and partner with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational challenges. This role plays a key part in maintaining system stability and delivering a seamless customer experience.<br>

This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.<br>
Shift-based role with 24/7 coverage expectations, including evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed. Example: Wednesday-Saturday (9PM- 8AM PT)<div><br>

</div><p></p><b>What you&rsquo;ll do</b><br>
<ul><li>
Monitor Network tools and infrastructure (e.g., DynaTrace, Zenoss, DataDog, and monitoring and control applications)</li><li>
Add/remove/update Customer site equipment as needed, including ISP updates, firewall policy changes, network changes/additions</li><li>
Troubleshoot user and customer network outages, phone issues, and Best Buy Health device issues</li><li>
Conduct initial (Level 1) troubleshooting of Best Buy Health Datacenter or application issues before escalation to the Systems, Network, Data, or Development Engineering teams</li><li>
Manage incident response and system operations by monitoring issues, responding to alerts, documenting incidents, and escalating to major incident processes when needed</li><li>
Support system performance and implementation by maintaining configurations, executing routine maintenance, leveraging run books and process documentation, and partnering with vendors and internal teams<br>
</li></ul><b>Basic Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in a NOC, operations center, data center, or desktop support environment</li><li>
2+ years of experience with enterprise network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless)</li><li>
1+ year of experience using network or system monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog, Dynatrace, SolarWinds)</li><li>
Experience troubleshooting network or system issues in a production environment</li><li>
Experience configuring or supporting network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless)</li><li>
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools</li></ul><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b><br>
<ul><li>
Associate degree in computer science, Information technologies or a related field</li><li>
Experience with monitoring tools such as DataDog, Dynatrace, or similar platforms</li><li>
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks or experience working in an ITIL environment</li><li>
Understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP)</li><li>
Experience using ticketing or incident management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)</li></ul><br>
