In this multifaceted role, the primary goal is to deliver comprehensive assistance and support to Best Buy Metals inside sales team, fostering both complete customer satisfaction and heightened sales. 

Additionally, this position entails serving as the initial point of contact for incoming customer calls and handling various reception tasks. 

Starting pay is $17.50
Here are the responsibilities and expectations of this role to ensure we are the right fit for each other. 

You?ll be responsible for (but not limited to):
<ul><li>Answer incoming phone calls to be sorted and distributed to the appropriate inside sales rep.</li>
<li>Assist Administrative Assistant with paperwork &amp; billing needs.</li>
<li>Collect mail and distribute delivered packages through couriers.</li>
<li>Helping the inside sales team with order confirmations, Google Reviews and delivery follow ups.</li>
<li>Execute outbound communication strategy as directed by the management team.</li>
</ul>
The most qualified candidates will have:
<ul><li>One year of experience in a customer-centric position within an office environment</li>
<li>Exceptional administrative abilities demonstrated through effective multitasking and the delivery of a world-class customer service experience.</li>
<li>Effective communication expertise and proficiency in problem-solving.</li>
<li>Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,) and other applications.</li>
<li>High School Diploma</li>
