The HR Manager is responsible for managing daily HR operations, ensuring legal compliance, handling employee relations, assisting with recruitment, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR systems and records. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.Key Responsibilities: Employee Records &amp; HR Systems:<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records and personal files accurately.</li><li>Manage and update HR management software (e.g., MenaITech, SAP, etc.).</li><li>Prepare and track employee contracts, renewals, and end-of-service settlements.</li></ul>Payroll &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and leave data for payroll processing.</li><li>Assist in calculating monthly salaries and coordinating with the finance/payroll department.</li><li>Support in managing compensation, benefits, and employee deductions.</li></ul>Employee Relations &amp; Communication:<ul><li>Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.</li><li>resolve workplace conflicts and disciplinary actions in coordination with management.</li><li>Support grievance handling, counseling, and documentation of incidents.</li></ul>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:<ul><li>Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, offers.</li><li>Handle onboarding processes and induction for new employees.</li><li>Ensure all new hire documentation is complete and compliant.</li></ul>Compliance &amp; Policy:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.</li><li>develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee data and HR decisions.</li></ul>HR Reports &amp; Projects:<ul><li>Prepare HR reports: turnover, attendance, leave balances, etc.</li><li>Support in annual performance reviews and training coordination.</li><li>Participate in internal audits and other HR projects as required.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in a similar HR role.</li><li>Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Experience with HR software (e.g., MenaITech, Oracle, SAP).</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Bilingual (English &amp; Arabic) is a plus.</li><li>Experience in the healthcare or service industry is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 24 monthsPay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
