<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Key Responsibilities</h2>
As a Roofing Sales Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training on damage assessments, roofing products, and the process for helping to restore homeowner''s property to like new condition. This role is responsible for responding to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners, conducting roof and property inspections, guiding customers through the restoration process, and providing solutions to help fund any needed repairs. You will also be responsible for generating new leads by canvassing neighborhoods where property damage has occurred and speaking with homeowners about risks and solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Other responsibilities include:
<ul><li>Rapidly responding to warm sales leads to close contracts for our services</li><li>
Generating sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking</li><li>
Traveling to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage.</li><li>
Climbing onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and presenting findings to homeowners (thorough training will be provided).</li><li>
Educating homeowners on the restoration process and serving as a technical advisor to effectively resolve client concerns.</li><li>
Providing estimates and funding options and collecting payments as required.</li><li>
Working with insurance companies and meeting with adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes possible for homeowners.</li><li>
Obtaining agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services.</li><li>
Attending weekly sales meetings and actively participating in team communication.</li></ul> 
 
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h2>
<ul><li>A sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required</li><li>
Must possess a valid drivers license with access to reliable vehicle transportation</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success</li><li>
Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information</li><li>
Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection</li><li>
Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
</li><li>At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Schedule is flexible, but most Saturdays are required)</li></ul>

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing campaigns across various channels, both digital and grassroots, to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility. This role involves optimizing performance marketing, translating national strategies to local markets, and project managing initiatives from conception to launch. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, analyze market performance, and establish scalable best practices to drive local impact and optimize marketing spend.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Partner with local branches to plan and execute localized marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and increase brand visibility.</li><li>
Manage and optimize performance channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, TV, Lead Ags, etc.), continuously testing audiences, creatives, and offers to improve lead quality and ROAS.</li><li>
Translate national campaigns into local market activations, aligning creative, media, and timing for maximum impact across regions.</li><li>
Serve as project manager for local and regional initiatives, coordinating timelines, creative requests, budgets, and cross-team execution from concept through launch.</li><li>
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to track deliverables, ensure accuracy in reporting, and maintain momentum on all active campaigns.</li><li>
Develop and deploy grassroots marketing strategies (door hangers, yard signs, community sponsorships, referral drives, neighborhood blitzes) to amplify reach beyond digital.</li><li>
Identify and scale successful local marketing experiments, creating playbooks and best practices that can be rolled out system-wide.</li><li>
Report on market-level performance, insights, and learnings to leadership, recommending tactical shifts to optimize spend and local impact.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus on local and regional campaign execution.</li><li>
Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube, etc.) to achieve ROI targets.</li><li>
Experience in project management, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement both digital and grassroots marketing strategies.</li><li>
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of partnering with local branches and presenting to leadership.</li><li>
Ability to translate national marketing initiatives into effective local market activations.</li></ul>
