The FP&amp;A Analyst will play a key role in delivering actionable financial insights, management reporting, and forecasting support across the organization. This role is responsible for enhancing visibility into business performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.</p>

<li>Perform detailed variance analysis, identifying key drivers and explaining results vs. forecast and prior periods
</li><li>Own and deliver monthly management reporting packages for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness
</li><li>Develop clear, concise presentations and forecast outputs for management and executive audiences</li>
<li>Own budgeting and forecasting for operating expenses, including marketing spend and operational cost efficiency</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive spend optimization, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance business performance</li>
<li>Contribute to the implementation and improvement of internal financial reporting and planning systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across datasets
</li><li>Conduct ad hoc analyses and support special projects to inform business decisions</li>

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
</li><li>2+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, financial reporting, or a related analytical role
</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
</li><li>Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

<li>Experience with financial planning and reporting tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, Fintastic)

</li><li>Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services</li>

This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance. Yearly incentive bonus target 20% of base salary.</div></div>
