 A
 
 Formulator
 
 is responsible for all aspects of product development and commercialization-related activities, including quotation, product/process development, commercialization, and ongoing production support of dietary supplement and pharmaceutical dosage forms. Provides functional technical support to Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and other functional areas

 <ul>
 <li>
 Develops robust product formulations in accordance to customer specifications, business requirements, and good manufacturing practices (Dosage forms: Tablets, Capsules, Softgels, Powders, Teas, Liquids, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares technical documentation relevant to product development and commercialization, including, but not limited to: Quotations, Master Batch Records, Verification protocols, Bulk labels, Customer forms, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source raw materials; obtain price quotes, vendor documentation, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates production and/or produces product prototypes for internal and/or customer evaluation, or to ensure robustness of commercial formulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies and develops cost savings or process efficiencies
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides technical assistance to Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and other departments and outside organizations (customers)
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts production trouble-shooting, identifies product &amp; process related opportunities and implements solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains accurate records of all projects and assignments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follows established department SOP's, cGMP regulations, and batch record instructions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains a safe work environment and operates in a safe manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other job duties related to the job, as assigned by management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years of experience in an R&amp;D or product development role within a laboratory environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience in formulating gummy and softgel products, including understanding of ingredient interactions, processing techniques, and product stability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with lab-scale and pilot-scale equipment, as well as standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot formulation challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent documentation and communication skills, with attention to detail and regulatory compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 </li>
