As a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler, the role will consist of developing maintenance plans and schedules based on recurring preventive maintenance activities, predictive maintenance data and KPIs. Key activities for this position include screening and developing work orders, auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality, estimate labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for all assigned work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program. This role will work closely with Maintenance management, Maintenance Technicians, Control Systems Technicians and Operations teams to plan, coordinate, and schedule proactive maintenance activities during available downtime windows. This will help prevent unplanned downtime of material handling equipment and disruption to production activities. The Reliability Maintenance Planner/Scheduler will have a strong focus on Best Formulations leadership principles of Innovation, Bias for Action and Ownership of their maintenance program. Also will ensure the Company remains in compliance with all regulatory agencies (FDA, USDA, ec.) with regard to Sanitation, as well as being responsablefor maintaining all sanitation, HACCP, cGMP and Pest Control programs.

Evaluates sanitary facility conditions visually and analytically, assess risk based on food safetyand public health principles and prioritize corrective actions.
</li></ul>Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent GED Certificate; and</li><li>
Two (2) or more years of work experience in a fast-paced work environment, or
</li><li>Any combination of experience, education, and training that provides the level of knowledge, skills, and experience needed to successfully perform the job.</li><li>
Level knowledge of CMMS use (preferably RedZone)</li></ul>
Work Environment:<ul><li>
May involve exposure to allergens such as Soy, Wheat, Fish, Shellfish, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts and Sesame.</li><li>
Routinely required to stoop, bend, kneel, lift, reach, pull, push, and tilt object in the performance of job function.</li><li>
Lifting limitations for this position: 25-30 lbs. May have to manipulate heavier containers.</li><li>
Requires incumbent to sit and operate computer for extended periods of time during course of workday, and the ability to proficiently use the computer keyboard for typing.</li><li>
Noise levels for most work environments can range from low to moderate. Some work areas require hearing protection for an 8-hour workday.</li><li>
Periods of odoriferous environment.

Base Salary Range: $70,500.00- 80,000.00 per year, based on candidate professional experience level. Employees are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), Holidays, Vacation, Tuition Reimbursement Program.
The final salary offered for this position may take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, location, skills, education, and experience.

As a Maintenance Mechanic 3, you will be responsible to provide technical support for manufacturing equipment (Softgel or Unit Dose), Facilities and the Preventative Maintenance Program. The individual will possess additional skills, expertise and qualifications over a Mechanic 2. The individual should have advanced proficiency and expertise with multiple equipment and/or systems.

Responsible to keep the facility, production equipment and all support equipment in safe and operational working condition according to OEM and OSHA guidelines.</li><li>
Respond to all floor calls in a timely manner and complete tasks quickly and thoroughly.</li><li>
Maintain up-time / downtime targets and develop plans to improve.</li><li>
Trouble-shooting problems and recommending solutions or improvements necessary to restore line operations. Seeks permanent solutions to identified root causes.</li><li>
Complete assigned work orders (Preventative/Corrective Maintenance) in a timely basis and support prioritization of tasks for other mechanics.</li><li>
Complete the Preventative Maintenance Program (PM) including relevant documentation. Design PM&rsquo;s and schedules work in coordination with the supervisor.</li><li>
Maintain equipment maintenance logs and documentation in accordance with SOP and cGMP guidelines;
</li><li>Identify and complete process improvement initiatives including engineering and construction projects.</li><li>
Work with auditors, vendors, and suppliers as needed.</li><li>
Maintain inventory of spare parts and critical equipment. Audit systems as necessary along with sourcing options.</li><li>
Researches and obtains quotes for equipment, parts, and services as needed.</li><li>
Lead the training of other employees.
</li><li>Responsible to comply with all Company policies and procedures, including safety programs.</li><li>
Perform set-ups or changeovers of equipment as necessary for production schedule;
</li><li>Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.</li><li>
Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics as required.
</li><li>May coordinate equipment alterations (i.e part fabrication) and equipment installation.</li><li>
Any other assigned tasks or duties may require overtime and weekend work as necessary.</li><li>
Complies with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.</li><li>
Maintains a safe work environment and operates in a safe manner.</li><li>
Perform other job duties related to the job, as assigned by management.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent GED Certificate; and</li><li>
Vocational or trade school with certifications or apprenticeship training preferred;</li><li>
Experience in an FDA-regulated industry is preferred</li><li>
Minimum of four (4) years of related maintenance and mechanical experience; or</li></ul><ul><li>
Any combination of experience, education, and training that provides the level of knowledge, skills, and experience needed to successfully perform the job.</li><li>
Experience in Gummy manufacturing equipment</li></ul>
