This role supports customer service, inventory organization, and overall shop upkeep, playing a key part in creating a clean, efficient, and customer-friendly environmentCompany OverviewBest In Boating are hiring to join our team!Park Marina (est. 1989) &ndash; Park Marina is our premier location on Lake Allatoona, offering exceptional boating, rentals, and full-service marina amenities that create a top-tier on-the-water experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and proper working condition</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading merchandise safely and efficiently</li><li>Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers in selecting and purchasing products</li><li>Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and stock shelves in an orderly manner</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies as needed</li><li>Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines</li><li>Carry out instructions and support tasks as directed by supervisors and management</li><li>Maneuver boats using tractors in a safe and controlled manner</li><li>Support technicians during repairs and maintenance tasks</li><li>Load and unload equipment and pallets using a forklift</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.</li><li>Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions. Aspects of position will require working in extreme temperatures and varying weather elements.</li><li>Physical activities include walking, talking, seeing, hearing, reaching, holding, grasping, feeling, stooping, bending, crawling, stretching, lifting, and kneeling.</li><li>Ability to walk and stand for long periods is required.</li><li>Ability to use hand tools or other devices to lift, hold and carry materials.</li><li>Understanding of OSHA safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment</li><li>Willingness to learn and properly complete a task.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Attention to Detail</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Communication</li><li>Ability to Work Under Pressure</li><li>Adaptability</li><li>Work Independently</li><li>Positive Attitude</li><li>Work Ethic</li></ul>Pay: From $13.00 per hourWork Location: In person
