Key Responsibilities:Administrative &amp; Coordination Tasks:<ul><li>Manage info mail follow-ups and respond to client inquiries promptly.</li><li>Handle enquiry calls, prepare and send quotations/offers to clients.</li><li>Coordinate with clients for Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on advance payments.</li><li>Update and maintain Google Sheets and other tracking systems related to POs and project status.</li></ul>HR Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management.</li><li>Maintain employee records and assist with general HR administration.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Design Support:<ul><li>Manage and update company social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).</li><li>Design posts, videos, catalogues, and presentations (PPTs) as required.</li><li>Coordinate with the design/marketing team for promotional material and campaigns.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
