<div>The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management to support all areas of the HR function.

What You'll Do as a Human Resources Coordinator:<ul><li>
Conduct new team member orientations and assist with training and development programs.</li><li>
Provide support to team members and management regarding HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.</li><li>
Coordinate HR programs including but not limited to benefits, leaves of absence, workers&rsquo; compensation, and wellness rewards.</li><li>
Handle team member relations issues and assist in conflict resolution, investigations, and documentation.</li><li>
Maintain Paylocity data integrity and ensure personnel records are up to date.</li><li>
Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.</li><li>
Support payroll and timekeeping processes in collaboration with Payroll/Finance.</li><li>
Assist in organizing team member engagement activities and culture initiatives.</li></ul>
 Your Qualifications:<ul><li>
2&ndash;4 years of HR experience preferred</li><li>
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Paylocity experience is preferred.</li><li>
