Busy NYC business owner seeking a highly organized, experienced Personal / Executive Assistant.This is a hands-on role. You will be expected to handle administrative work, physical tasks, errands, and occasional local deliveries. No task is &ldquo;below&rdquo; this position &mdash; we need someone reliable, proactive, and ready to execute.Must be comfortable working both remotely and in-person.Responsibilities<ul><li>Calendar management &amp; scheduling</li><li>Email follow-ups and task tracking</li><li>Organizing documents and spreadsheets</li><li>Coordinating vendors and contractors</li><li>Running errands</li><li>Light cleaning and workspace organization</li><li>Assisting with inventory organization</li><li>Local deliveries when needed</li><li>Travel planning &amp; appointment coordination</li><li>General problem-solving and day-to-day support</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant</li><li>Must have reliable car and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Comfortable driving locally for deliveries/errands</li><li>Extremely organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Tech-comfortable (Google Docs, Sheets, email)</li><li>Strong communicator</li><li>Self-starter, not someone who needs constant direction</li><li>Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure</li></ul>Ideal Candidate<ul><li>No ego.
