Process all types of visas including employment visas, residence visas for colleagues as well as Entertainers, if required2. Process all type of Health certificates ie Food Handlers, Health Cards3. Ensuring all colleagues files has complete important documents such as, QID, health card, Arabic contract.4. Ensuring Civil soft is updated with complete important documents such as, QID, health card, Arabic contract5. Process and renew permits and licenses including Hotel Trade License, Liquor Trading License, Chamber of Commerce Certificates of Registration, Civil Defense Certificate, etc.6. Process and renew permits for Walkie-Talkie sets and all medical requirements of colleagues7. Process and renew Entertainers Permits / N.O.C through Department of Tourism as required8. Process and renew registration for all hotel vehicles9. Process and obtain permits for special promotions such as raffles, publishing or advertisement displays, etc. as required10. Process and renew PRO Card, Immigration Deposit Boxes, etc.11. Maintain and cultivate goodwill and good relationship with government departments and agencies12. Be up to date in regards to any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms / formats and other procedures and keep the Director of Human Resources / Assistant Human Resources Manager advised of such changes13. Complete departure and exit formalities for colleagues after visa cancellation14. Submit relevant documents periodically and as required to the Labour Office with regard to cancelled/absconding employees and delete from the hotel&rsquo;s sponsorship list15. Liaise and work closely with the Human Resources Coordinator to ensure that forms and formats for all transactions are correct and complete prior to submission16. Obtain quarterly sponsorship reports from the Labour Office and tally sponsorships and re-submit to Labour Office with relevant support documents17. Prepare on a monthly basis reports e.g. for visa reconciliation, passport inventory, etc.18. Carry out other relevant tasks and duties as assigned from time to time.19. Ensuring that all F&amp;B colleagues have received their food handlers certificates and that they are valid20. Keeps the HR team updated on any changes in local law or legislation21. Actively supports the events of the Colleague Welfare Committee, and as part of the HR team present at activities.22. Complete any projects/task as assigned by the HR Manager23. As a member of the HR team on call 24 hours a day for emergencies24. Report all accidents, dangerous occurrences, or hazards, no matter how minor, to the supervisor or Heads of DepartmentSELF MANAGEMENT1. Reservations Agent

Responsible for the daily room inventory management process to establish and implement pricing, yield, and selling strategies for the hotel, based on market factors and company guidelines. Manage all aspects of competitor intelligence; pricing; management of room inventory, and/or the yield hurdle points; distribution channels, market segment mix; acceptance/denial of major group bookings. Monitor competitor strategies and data; maintain understanding of the dynamics of the local market and demand generators and present appropriate action plans to management while you monitor and communicate fluctuations in occupancy to operational departments so they can effectively manage staffing requirements and increase efficiency. Support the onsite Reservation Teams. Responsible for formulating, developing and executing sales strategies in inventory control &amp; segmentation to maximize hotel revenue &amp; profit2. Prepare forecast, budget &amp; analysis of revenue, profit, and demand associated with occupancy of rooms &amp; function space inventory3. Monitor competitor pricing for all revenue generating departments, understands the dynamic of the local market and the demand generators, and recommends appropriate actions to the Revenue Room Taskforce in relation to the hotel&rsquo;s pricing and market mix strategy.4. Review daily rate on OTA channels as well as monthly/ quarterly KNR/ LNR account performance5. Recommend pricing &amp; positioning strategy by identifying potential opportunities and threats using rate shopping tool, i.e. Rubicon6. Oversees the configuration of the hotel&rsquo;s Property Management System.7. Conduct weekly rate/sell strategy (yield) meetings with General Manager, DOSM, Revenue Manager Reservations Manager, Front Office Manager &amp; Catering Manager8. Facilitate the Revenue Generation Meeting and all other Revenue daily/weekly &amp; monthly meetings in absence of Revenue Manager and generates reports and analyses needed for these meetings, displaying key facts/trends etc. on the revenue room walls /SharePoint9. Monitor and is responsible for tracking and analyzing of booking pace, group wash, cut off enforcement for groups as well as denied and regretted business.10. Approve and/or implement sell strategies for all group proposals above 9 rooms on any one night, and collaborates with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering on setting group and conference rates.11. Manage use of revenue systems* on a daily basis. This includes the responsibility for any manipulation of the yield hurdle points and daily inventory balancing where appropriate.12. Train and support hotel teams on revenue system* functionality and enhancements.13. Ensure compliance with all SBRP rules and standard processes. Provide support to Revenue Manager to input to the annual budget process on all revenue aspects of the business14. Provides technical support to Reservations and Front Office on up-selling and negotiating techniques.15. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Revenue Management16. Works with line Manager and Human Resource Manager to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive.17.
