Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to drive room</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key business partners.</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for rooms, F&amp;B, events, and banquets.</li><li>Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and property visits to promote the hotel.</li><li>Develop sales proposals, contracts, and rate agreements in line with hotel policies.</li><li>Collaborate with the revenue and marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and packages.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and present performance analysis to management.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and prompt responses.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry (preferably with a 4/5-star hotel).</li><li>Strong network with corporate clients, travel trade, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences &amp; Exhibitions) segments.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li></ul>Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targetsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
