Flexible Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)We are currently looking for a reliable, friendly, and flexible team member to join our front desk team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in hospitality, providing great guest service, and being part of a supportive and fast-paced environment.This is a flexible part-time role, and the associate may be asked to work day shifts, evening shifts, or overnight audit shifts depending on business needs.Schedule:Flexible availability required Shifts may include:<ul><li>Day shifts</li><li>Evening shifts</li><li>Night audit shifts (as needed)</li><li>Typically part-time hours based on hotel occupancy and scheduling needs</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner</li><li>Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests efficiently</li><li>Answer front desk phone calls and provide accurate information</li><li>Assist with basic problem-solving and guest concerns</li><li>Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area</li><li>Support team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>May assist with light tasks such as laundry or general property support when needed</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable personal transportation</li><li>Friendly personality with a strong hospitality mindset</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and professional</li><li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varied shifts</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:We are looking for someone with a true hospitality heart who enjoys helping people and can adapt to different shifts and responsibilities.
