<div>As a People Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the overall HR operations and people-related activities for the BESTSELLER Pakistan office in Lahore, as well as liaising with the regional office for alignment.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Provide full spectrum of HR operations support to the Pakistan office and manage the end-to-end employee life cycle including recruitment, on and off boarding, performance management, learning &amp; development, employee relations, employee engagement and etc.</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.</li><li>
3-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably within the fashion and sourcing industry. Experience in liaison office settings is an advantage.</li><li>
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.</li><li>
Well-versed knowledge of local labour regulations and requirements and best HR practices</li><li>
Familiarity with SAP or similar HR systems would be advantageous</li><li>
Self-driven for excellence, proactive and passionate with growth and agile mindset</li><li>
Independent, reliable, analytical, people-oriented with effective communication skill and time management skills to manage multi-tasks in a fast pace environment</li><li>

This position is ideal for a retail professional with proven experience as a Store Manager, now ready to take the next step in their career. A solid background in Visual Merchandising is key, as the role blends strategic planning with hands-on implementation across stores. Retail Operations Specialist
