 As Account Manager at VERO MODA, part of BESTSELLER T&uuml;rkiye's Upcoming Brands team, you&rsquo;ll work alongside a dynamic Sales Manager and a close-knit group of fashion professionals who don&rsquo;t just love fashion &ndash; they live it.  You&rsquo;ll be based on-site &ndash; right where the magic happens &ndash; shaping the brand&rsquo;s growth and building strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
 
 
 
 YOUR ROLE
 
 
 
 In this role, you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of our commercial success. From managing the product lifecycle to balancing supply and demand, your goal is clear: get the right products in the right places at the right time. You&rsquo;ll:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Always search for new customers and increases sales via creating new sales channels,
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor store performance and customer needs to plan inventory and stock mix,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage orders, track purchasing, and optimise shipment flows,
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate sales data into actionable insights and align with internal teams,
 </li>
 <li>
 Influence product decisions through customer and market feedback,
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with planning, merchandising and buying to ensure we&rsquo;re always on trend and on point,
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise field teams to ensure brand expectations are met on-site.

 YOUR PROFILE
 
 
 
 You&rsquo;re passionate about women&rsquo;s fashion, commercially savvy and not afraid to take charge. To thrive in this role, you&rsquo;ll need:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years in fashion sales, preferably in womenswear,
 </li>
 <li>
 A degree in Business Administartion, Textile Engineering or similar,
 </li>
 <li>
 A data-driven, analytical mindset with excellent planning skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Great communication and presentation abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 A proactive approach and natural ownership mentality,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English and confidence in Excel.

Conducting competency-based interviews and ensuring the best candidate experience throughout the store hiring process,</li><li>
 Organizing interviews, delivering offers, and planning the onboarding process,</li><li>
 Supporting the preparation of weekly report,</li><li>
 Conducting store exit interviews,</li><li>
 Actively participating in all employer branding projects and events,</li><li>
 Providing support for training activities,</li><li>
 Supporting digitalization and document processes,</li><li>
 Supporting other processes within the People &amp; Culture department.</li></ul><div>

Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business, Labor Economics, etc. degrees preferred)
