 Key Responsibilities:

 Planning &amp; Forecasting: Develop demand and supply plans across core (NOOS), seasonal, and exclusive collections. Ensure timely product intake and maintain optimal stock levels across stores, warehouses, and partner platforms.
 </li>
 </ul>

 <li>
 Trading &amp; Assortment Strategy: Define key trading metrics using sales data and market insights. Curate the right mix of core and fashion styles, adapting global collections for local relevance. Identify and develop high-performing, digital-first or exclusive products for enhanced customer engagement.

 New Product Development: Collaborate with the design team to introduce focused, trend-led styles tailored for the target market. Launch high-velocity products that align with customer preferences and support business goals.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Sell-Through &amp; Profitability: Drive sell-through rates by managing pricing, promotions, and markdown strategies effectively. Monitor product performance to optimize margins and maintain a fresh, commercially strong assortment.
 </li>

 Content &amp; Visual Merchandising: Partner with styling and content teams to create impactful e-commerce visuals. Ensure product pages and listings reflect brand identity, boost discoverability, and drive conversion.

 Co-Own GTM: Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to plan and execute timely, high-impact product launches. Ensure cross-functional alignment for smooth execution across channels and platforms.

 Commercial acumen with a focus on profitability
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior digital/e-commerce exposure preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders
 </li>
