Position Summary
 Betabrand is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role will partner with teams across design, product development, operations, marketing, and e-commerce to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals.
 
Key Responsibilities
 <ul>
<li>Manage projects through the full lifecycle, from kickoff and planning to execution, tracking, and completion</li>
<li>Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets</li>
<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment and accountability</li>
<li>Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies</li>
<li>Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership</li>
<li>Manage changes to scope, priorities, and resources as business needs evolve</li>
<li>Maintain clear and organized project documentation</li>
<li>Facilitate meetings, drive action items, and support effective problem solving</li>
<li>Continuously improve project management processes and workflows</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
 Required
 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li>
<li>3+ years of project management experience, preferably in retail, e-commerce, apparel, or consumer products</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms</li>
