 Betches Media is seeking a Freelance Graphic Designer (Branded Partnerships) with a sharp design eye, agency experience, and a passion for creating visually compelling branded content. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with the Senior Art Director and Sales &amp; Partnerships teams to bring brand campaigns to life&mdash;across social, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
 
 
 This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and understands how great design drives engagement and delivers measurable results. You&rsquo;ll combine creative flair with strategic thinking to make branded content that performs.
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Visual Execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and produce creative assets for branded partnerships, including Instagram feed posts, Stories, newsletters, and event collateral.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop polished sales and client presentation decks that visually communicate campaign concepts, strategies, and post-campaign results.
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate campaign objectives into engaging visual stories that align with both Betches&rsquo; bold, playful aesthetic and client brand guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply performance data (engagement rates, CTR, impressions) to continuously refine creative output.
 </li>

 Collaboration &amp; Communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Analytics teams to ensure deliverables meet campaign objectives and visual standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Senior Art Director to translate creative direction into final deliverables.
 </li>

 Support experiential marketing initiatives by designing signage, photo backdrops, and event collateral.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to creative brainstorms, bringing conceptual thinking and visual ideas that align with branded goals.
 </li>

 Brand Consistency &amp; Creative Growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and evolve templates, visual systems, and branded design guidelines for the Partnerships team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all assets are visually cohesive and aligned with Betches&rsquo; voice and aesthetic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on design trends, emerging formats, and social best practices; share new ideas with the larger design team.
 </li>

 Keep files organized, layered, and ready for handoff or revisions.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>

 3&ndash;5 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced branded content environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Canva is a plus.
 </li>

 Experience designing sales presentations, client decks, or pitch materials with a focus on storytelling and layout design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong visual sensibility with an understanding of typography, composition, and color.

 Betches Media is looking for a creative, hilarious social creator to manage our Gen Z-focused Send Help vertical, overseeing day-to-day content and helping to guide our larger Gen Z strategy. Are you the resident TikTok drama expert in your friend group? Is your camera roll full of Heated Rivalry and The Summer I Turned Pretty fan edits? Do you cope with your crashouts by making memes, TikToks, and Reels? If this sounds like you, you might be the next face of Betches&rsquo; Gen Z content.
 
 
 This role is for someone who has a deep knowledge of Gen Z online and pop culture, and the passion to find (and create) the next viral series, content trends, and formats. As a key member of our content team, you&rsquo;ll be helping to develop platform-first strategies, creating original social video series and franchises, and ensuring our content is both hilarious for our audience and monetizable for the business.
 
 
 The ideal candidate has a fast-paced creative mind, and you should be just as comfortable on camera as you are behind a keyboard. You&rsquo;re also ideally a thought leader in social and production, with deep knowledge of how platforms evolve, how audiences behave, and how to create content that cuts through the noise, whether it&rsquo;s a one-off moment or an idea that can be built into our next big series.
 
 
 This role reports to the Director of Entertainment &amp; Emerging Audiences and collaborates closely across all content verticals, branded, sales, and other departments to deliver a best-in-class content experience. You&rsquo;ll also be working closely with our freelance college creators, helping to create high-quality content that resonates with our Gen Z audience.
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities

 Own and lead creative strategy for the Send Help account, driving both production and social strategy that aligns with brand goals and audience growth.

 Develop, launch, and oversee innovative content franchises (video-first, series-driven, and monetizable) that become cultural touchpoints for our audience.

 Stay ahead of platform trends and set the vision for how Betches and Send Help show up on Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and future emerging platforms.

 Drive performance and growth by analyzing metrics, audience behavior, and platform insights, turning data into creative opportunities.

 Be a face of the brand across social video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories, etc.), with a confident, funny, and relatable presence.

 Lead creative ideation sessions that push boundaries of what Send Help content can look like, balancing audience delight with monetization opportunities.

 Collaborate with branded and revenue teams to create content that is both authentic to Betches&rsquo; voice and irresistible to advertisers.

 Collaborate with fellow team members, including college creators, helping guide creative output and fostering a culture of experimentation and bold ideas.

 Cover major live cultural events (Met Gala, Super Bowl, award shows, reality finales) in real time with smart, funny, and viral content.

 Qualifications

 3-5 years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, and platform-first creative development.
 </li>

 Proven track record of creating viral, funny, and highly shareable content (examples encouraged).

 Deep expertise in short-form video &mdash; TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts &mdash; and an instinct for what makes video-first formats thrive.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong comedic voice and cultural fluency &mdash; you are both extremely online and adept at translating trends into smart, funny brand content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to own and execute social strategy at a brand level, including audience development, platform evolution, and long-term creative direction.

 Strong on-camera presence and comfort being a forward-facing representative of the brand.

 Experience developing series/franchises that balance creativity, repeatability, and monetization.
