 Description
 
 
 
 Are you a true social creator who lives and breathes storytelling, humor, and cultural conversation? Do you have a sharp eye for visuals, a witty writing style, and the ability to stop someone mid-scroll? If so, you might be exactly who we&rsquo;re looking for.
 
 
 Betches Media is seeking a full-time Social Content Manager &mdash; a creative powerhouse who can shape and grow the personal brand of our CEO across platforms. This isn&rsquo;t about copy-pasting trends or relying on templates. It&rsquo;s about original ideas, smart social strategy, and executing content that blends intelligence, humor, and cultural relevance.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll capture her voice and presence authentically while elevating her visibility as a leader, thinker, and personality &mdash; all while aligning with Betches&rsquo; mission to be the leading platform for women&rsquo;s voices, culture, and entertainment.
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own and execute a comprehensive content and brand strategy across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Substack).
 </li>
 <li>
 Concept, film, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality original content (photo, video, reels, carousels, captions).
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring a strong design sensibility &mdash; crafting visuals and layouts that feel fresh, premium, and aesthetic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write sharp, engaging copy that captures the CEO&rsquo;s voice, balancing humor and intelligence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build smart distribution strategies to grow audience reach, engagement, and influence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track performance, analyze insights, and optimize for growth and impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and publish natively in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X; leverage in-app tools for scheduling and analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay ahead of cultural conversations, social trends, and platform shifts &mdash; translating them into content that feels fresh, not derivative.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage her community via audience interactions (comments, DMs, mentions) to foster authentic engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be on-site to capture real-time moments at events, media appearances, and behind-the-scenes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, Marketing, and Content teams to align messaging and maximize visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support CEO-led initiatives, media appearances, and interviews with sharp, platform-first content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all visual content aligns with the CEO&rsquo;s personal brand, aesthetic, and the broader Betches identity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A true creator: You concept, design, shoot, edit, and publish original content end-to-end.
 </li>
 <li>
 A visual thinker with strong design aesthetic skills, able to translate ideas into scroll-stopping creative.
 </li>
 <li>
 A sharp writer who nails voice, humor, and nuance &mdash; especially when writing for a CEO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience in social content creation, personal branding, or media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X; Substack/newsletter experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable producing content independently without templates or shortcuts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong POV on social marketing and what drives real engagement and growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, intelligent, and trustworthy &mdash; reliable in fast-moving environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Quick, witty thinker with cultural fluency and a strong sense of humor.
 </li>
 <li>
 A genuine fan of Betches who understands the voice, tone, and influence of the brand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Pro-level creator on both Instagram and TikTok.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work full-time (NYC hybrid) with 2&ndash;3 in-office days per week.

 Compensation
 
 
 
 The expected annual base salary for this role is $70,000 - $100,000 a year. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation and offer package will include the following perks below.
