As an Unaccompanied Refugee Minor (URM) Case Manager, you will be primarily responsible for providing case management services support to teens and young adults through the Refugee Services program. This individual is also responsible for conducting culturally sensitive home studies, assessments, and referrals for clients within the program.
This position is expected to function effectively with moderate supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Provide culturally, and comprehensive case management services, while maintaining a caseload in compliance with contract terms and agency expectations;
</li><li>Assess potential placements for Unaccompanied Refugee Minors (URM), to include but not limited to interviews and home study investigations;
</li><li>May assist with home study of and licensure of foster families;
</li><li>Complete and document all required reports, case notes, and case contacts in the appropriate database in accordance with the expected timeframes and requirements;
</li><li>Assess the safety and appropriateness of the placement on an ongoing basis using child welfare principles and social work best practices;
</li><li>Attend weekly meetings with supervisor to consult on cases, and to review case plan and direction;
</li><li>Attend and be prepared for court hearings;
</li><li>Conduct meetings with foster parents and foster children at least once a month;
</li><li>Serve as an interpreter for clientele who speak Spanish and translate to English, as needed;
</li><li>May serve as a co-therapist, as needed;</li><li>
Provide transportation to clients for but not limited to medical appointments, foster homes, and other social agencies, as needed;
</li><li>Assist with the training on new staff, as requested;
</li><li>Facilitate and assist with providing the on-going education and support services for foster parents, while also attending all education and support meetings provided to foster parents;
</li><li>Attend internal trainings and apply newly gained knowledge on the job;
</li><li>Serve as lead or co-lead for therapeutic or educational groups;
</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of foster children in care while meeting DHHS, ORR, and Bethany's documentation and reporting requirements;
</li><li>Keep abreast of community resources and refer families for support, as needed;
</li><li>Maintain effective communication with community resources and individuals involved in providing service provisions to clients;
</li><li>Stay abreast of all agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to social services;
</li><li>Complete other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s level degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or a Social Services field from an accredited college;</li><li>
At least one (1) year of prior case management experience in child and family services;
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to service a diverse group of clients, to include refugees or other minority families;
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
</li><li>Demonstrated clinical, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills;
</li><li>Ability to work independently and exercise a high level of confidentiality;
</li><li>Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
</li><li>Must be 21 years old with a valid driver&rsquo;s license with at least 3 years driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage;

The UC Quality Assurance and PSA Manager is primarily responsible for oversight of ORR UC contract compliance at the respective branch location(s) and maintaining positive work relationships with external agencies. This individual will also supervisor staff whose responsibilities contribute to UC contract compliance.<div>

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</div><ul><li>
Oversee ORR UC contract compliance within the respective branch location(s);</li><li>
Develop, train and supervise staff whose responsibilities contribute to UC contract compliance in alignment with job requirements, program and agency expectations, DHHS licensing, ORR, and COA requirements;</li><li>
Collaborate with ORR and stakeholders in order to provide data and analysis as needed;</li><li>
Attend ORR Monthly Provider&rsquo;s Call and disseminate policy updates to appropriate staff members;</li><li>
Attend and participate in national QA meetings;</li><li>
Serve as the lead for quality assurance and PSA related tasks for the respective branch location(s);</li><li>
Guide treatment teams in the completion of all CLEs and collaborate with program directors until CLEs are resolved.</li><li>
Respond to policy questions and data inquiries from staff and facilitate communication and training of relevant policy updates to the ORR UC team at the respective branch location(s);</li><li>
Ensure timely and accurate response to stakeholders with all data requests;</li><li>
Prepare, support, and facilitate documentation for monitoring visits;</li><li>
Along with the Program Director, serve as the POC of all monitoring visits. Must be on site for all monitoring visits;</li><li>
Regularly audit physical and electronics files to ensure compliance with policy and program services;</li><li>
Track, review, and update corrective action plans and other active compliance plans to bring the program in compliance;</li><li>
Conduct weekly, random audits of the database systems for documentation, completion accuracy, and deadline compliance in collaboration with QA team or program leadership;</li><li>
Report any issues or concerns to the Program Director surrounding quality efficiency within files, caseloads, programmatic policies, and compliance with the requirements of all state, federal, and agency procedural and policy mandates;</li><li>
Create and submit monthly quarterly audit reports for 10% or more of portal files using standardized tools;</li><li>
Stay abreast on both ORR and Bethany Grievance procedures. Monitor and collect grievance data upon review of incoming grievances;</li><li>
Prepare requested PSA documentation and submit to external stakeholder when requested;</li><li>
Review and maintain Daily Unannounced Round Report to ensure compliance, if applicable;</li><li>
Review program logs and checklists to ensure compliance and accuracy, including but not limited to medical, case management, intake, etc.</li><li>
Maintain all reporting distribution lists specific to the needs of the site;</li><li>
Attend trainings and meetings as assigned by supervisor;</li><li>
Stay abreast of all agency, federal, and state regulatory requirements related to Foster Care and State Child Welfare Licensing</li><li>
Complete other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or Social Services from an accredited college; MSW or Master&rsquo;s level degree in Social Services, or equivalent field of study is strongly preferred;</li><li>
At least three (3) year of experience in working with child welfare standards, best practices, or quality assurance and compliance, preferred;</li><li>
At least one (1) year of experience managing others;</li><li>
Bilingual Spanish/English fluency, preferred;</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;</li><li>
Must exhibit an ability to apply the principles of logic and critical thinking with problem solving;</li><li>

The Budget and Audit Specialist is primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy of Bethany&rsquo;s Annual Single Audit, which encompasses reconciliations, day to day accounting processes, and ensuring maintenance of current accounting standards. This role is also responsible for maintaining the Chart of Accounts for organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Coordinate details for single audit by maintaining contract information spreadsheet, reconciling with general ledger, assisting auditors with testing, preparing reports and submission of completed audit;</li><li>
