Beton WLL

<ul><li>Diagnose and repair hydraulic failures including pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and hoses.</li><li>Perform hydraulic oil sampling, filtration, and system flushes to prevent contamination.</li><li>Troubleshoot pressure issues, flow rates, and overheating in hydraulic circuits.</li><li>Rebuild and replace hydraulic cylinders and rotary actuators (slew rings).</li><li>Maintain and repair diesel engines (Cummins, Cat, etc.) including cooling and exhaust systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot basic electrical systems, PLC controls, and remote-control operation issues.</li><li>Inspect and replace concrete pumping wear parts (pipes, elbows, reducers) as needed.</li><li>Execute scheduled PMs based on engine hours and pump yardage.</li><li>Inspect boom components, outriggers, and safety systems for structural integrity and function.</li><li>Ensure all equipment is DOT-ready and compliant with safety regulations.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
