Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Site Administrator with experience in ready-mix concrete or construction projects to support daily site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative coordination, documentation, attendance, and reporting to ensure smooth site activities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and maintain daily production reports, delivery notes, and site records</li><li>Record attendance, overtime, and leave for site staff and drivers</li><li>Coordinate with dispatch, plant team, and head office</li><li>Maintain records of materials, fuel consumption, and equipment logs</li><li>Assist site management with reports, correspondence, and documentation</li><li>Ensure proper filing of site documents and compliance records</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or related field</li><li>Previous experience in ready-mix or construction environment is mandatory</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)</li><li>Ability to work And Live in Site</li><li>English &amp; Arabic are required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLocation:<ul><li>Riyadh (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
