The Senior UX Writer plays a critical role in shaping and elevating the user experience across our digital products. This role is responsible for crafting clear, concise, and user-centered content across all customer touchpoints, ensuring users navigate our platforms with clarity and confidence.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Create clear, concise, and engaging copy for user interfaces, microcopy (buttons, error messages, instructional text), help articles, and notifications.

We are seeking a hands-on people leader to lead one of our outbound Mortgage Sales Contact Center teams of Home Lending Associates. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional or early people leader who is excited to take the next step in their leadership journey and excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven call-center environment. 
The right candidate is energized by coaching frontline outbound sales professionals, driving day-to-day execution, and delivering a strong customer experience. This supervisor will play a critical role in executing proven sales processes, developing talent, and ensuring consistent performance against key activity and conversion metrics. 
Our Home Lending Associate team focuses on outbound outreach to prospective borrowers to help complete mortgage applications, communicate the value of a Better mortgage, and warm-transfer qualified customers to licensed Loan Officers. 
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our highly collaborative Dallas office and requires daily onsite presence.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Supervise a team of approximately 10-15 Home Lending Associates (Outbound)</li><li>

Serve as the primary frontline leader for an outbound sales team, setting expectations, coaching performance, and driving daily execution</li><li>
Support individual and team performance against monthly goals, including outbound calls, talk time, contact rates, conversion rates, transfer rates, and speed-to-lead SLAs</li><li>
Help manage day-to-day operations in an outbound call-center environment; experience with automated dialers and call-cadence optimization is a plus</li><li>
Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities</li><li>
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and skills development through call listening and live observation</li><li>
Conduct regular 1:1s focused on performance, development, and goal-setting</li><li>
Review pipelines and activity levels to ensure consistent execution and timely follow-up</li><li>
Escalate performance risks and operational challenges to senior leadership with proposed solutions</li><li>
Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to improve outbound lead engagement and transfer performance</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
2&ndash;4 years of experience in mortgage sales or a related outbound sales environment</li><li>
1+ year of experience leading, mentoring, or supervising sales representatives (formal management experience preferred but not required)</li><li>
Experience working in a high-volume outbound call center environment strongly preferred</li><li>
Strong execution mindset with the ability to hold yourself and others accountable</li><li>
Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to inform coaching conversations</li><li>
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting</li><li>
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment</li><li>

Responsibilities
Own &amp; Optimize Conversion Tracking To Maximize and Maintain Uptime<ul><li>
Maintain and enhance end-to-end analytics for all Key Business Outcomes (Purchase, Refinance, HELOC, etc.) used by executives and marketing team</li><li>
Audit, diagnose, and resolve tracking discrepancies, data loss, or integration issues across the entire data infrastructure pipeline</li><li>
Ensure attribution signals are consistent and synchronized across all platforms (Meta, Google, CRM, GA4, and reporting) helping to eliminate data duplication</li><li>
Actively manage Google Tag Manager and all marketing pixels, events, and data-share on the system's back-end using both server-side and client-side methods</li><li>
Work with our marketing agency to improve or enable their efforts through understanding their needs and recommendations</li></ul> 
Govern and Evolve Marketing Data Infrastructure<ul><li>
Own the event tracking logic to maintain and improve upon our standardized taxonomy that supports unified reporting and downstream activation</li><li>
Conduct monthly audits to identify dropped events, broken integrations, missing event parameters, and redundancies</li><li>
Oversee Meta, Google, LinkedIn pixels/tags for accuracy and integrity, and maintain GTM/GA4 governance and naming conventions</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>
6+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Technology, or Engineering (Fintech/Mortgage background is a plus)</li><li>
Data and Infrastructure Expertise: Proven experience in diagnosing and optimizing complex conversion tracking and data flow between multiple MarTech systems (e.g., GA4, CRM, Ad Platforms).</li><li>
Strong capacity for back-end implementation and troubleshooting of tracking pixels, tags, and data events.</li><li>
Familiarity with basic Computer Science (CS) concepts or development and knowledge of code (e.g., JavaScript related to tagging).</li><li>
Proven experience in diagnosing and optimizing complex data flow between multiple MarTech systems</li><li>
