You will be the go-to support system for leadership, stepping in wherever needed.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Executive-level administrative support</li><li>Data entry, organization, and workflow management</li><li>Errands and on-site support when needed</li><li>Event planning and coordination</li><li>Light bookkeeping and expense tracking</li><li>Document creation and contract/administrative support</li><li>Travel planning and scheduling</li><li>Making calls and handling communications</li><li>Social media management and marketing support</li><li>Assisting with video-based content (recording, coordinating, or being on camera as needed)</li><li>Identifying gaps and taking initiative without being asked</li></ul>Scope of the RoleThis position is designed to flex with the needs of leadership and the business.While the responsibilities listed above provide a strong foundation, this is not a fixed or limited task list.
