Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our cosmetics products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of beauty and skincare products, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect solutions to their needs.Required: Driving License______________Key Responsibilities:1. Sales &amp; Customer Engagement:<ul><li>Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.</li><li>Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.</li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about product benefits and usage.</li></ul>2. Relationship Building:<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and distributors.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li><li>Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.</li></ul>3. Product Knowledge &amp; Promotion:<ul><li>Stay updated on product features, new launches, and industry trends.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.</li><li>Educate clients and partners about new products and promotional offers.</li></ul>4. Reporting &amp; Feedback:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems.</li><li>Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.</li></ul>5.
