Position Overview
We are hiring for multiple roles within our production team, including:
<ul><li>General Auxiliary Team Members
</li><li>Roll Form Operators
</li><li>Laser Operators
</li><li>Other Machine Operators

Primary Responsibilities
<ul><li>Work safely with tools, equipment, and materials
</li><li>Ensure quality parts are produced by monitoring coil quality, weld quality, and cut quality
</li><li>Follow work instructions and production requirements
</li><li>Complete required production and quality documentation
</li><li>Actively seek improvements in processes and workflow
</li><li>Support team members and carry out tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Supervisor
</li></ul>Work Schedule

Beverlin operates a 4-day workweek (Monday-Thursday), with 1st shift 6 a.m. &ndash; 4:00 p.m.
Option overtime is available on Fridays (based on customer needs).
Enjoy a consistent schedule&mdash;and a 3-day weekend every week!
What You Bring
Required:

</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team
</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to learn
</li><li>Reliable transportation
</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods
</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent
</li><li>Ability to lift 25-30 lbs. on an infrequent basis
</li></ul>Preferred but not required:
<ul><li>Mechanical aptitude
</li><li>Accurate use of measuring equipment (calipers, ring/plug/GNG, pi tape, tape measure, linear gauge)
</li><li>Experience in sheet metal rolling or fabrication
