 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s / Master&rsquo;s degree from a reputable university (preferably majors with Business Administration, Economics, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering..etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 4 - 6 years of full-time brand management &amp; marketing experience in FMCG companies
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in analyzing and drawing conclusions market &amp; consumer research reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Be a dynamic &amp; good team player, ambition to drive and create successful results
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills, creative and innovative personality
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong awareness, understanding and knowledge of the market &amp; consumer &amp; shopper reports &amp; insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Multitasking &amp; problem solving &amp; strong analytical thinking
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English both written and spoken, other languages will be asset
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 No restriction to travel
 </li>
 <li>
 Having 3-5 years of work experience with long-term internship in the marketing department in the FMCG sector
 </li>

 About Job
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contributes to the development of short and long term business strategy and marketing plans of the company
 </li>
 <li>
 Takes an active role in creation and implementation of brand &amp; product management strategies,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages all the development process of marketing mix including new product development, new launchs with new packagings, works closely with R&amp;D team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages all the marketing processes of company both above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops new product &amp; brand ideas with team
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates all the launch / relaunch and 3rd party agency &amp; supplier relations
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracks and analyses brand / product performance and trends in terms of company business targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors and analyses market dynamics, sales volumes, market share trends and competitive activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares, presents and executes marketing plans under his/her responsibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Works with closely with sales, trade marketing, R&amp;D teams
 </li>
