Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist the Project Manager in the overall execution and management of civil projects.</li><li>Review project drawings, specifications, and ensure adherence to approved designs.</li><li>Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.</li><li>Supervise site works including structural, finishing, and infrastructure activities.</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for technical and site issues.</li><li>Ensure quality control and compliance with company standards and project specifications.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.</li><li>Manage project documentation including method statements, material submittals, and inspection requests (IRs).</li><li>Identify potential risks, delays, and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations at site.</li><li>Provide technical guidance to site engineers and foremen.</li><li>Assist in quantity take-offs and cost estimation when required.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction projects (preferably in UAE).</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License.</li><li>valid UAE Municipality License.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
