Your Mission</b></div>
<ul><li>Check, enter, assign, release and post invoices and credit notes using workflows</li></ul>
<ul><li>Create and check payment proposal and ensure payment run</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support and assistance with the accounts payable workflow</li></ul>
<ul><li>Enter and maintain vendor master data</li></ul>
<ul><li>Process vendor reminders</li></ul>
<ul><li>Correspondence with suppliers</li></ul>
<ul><li>Clarification with internal and external departments</li></ul>
<ul><li>Close cooperation with the purchasing department</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support with value added tax reclaim</li></ul><br>

Your Story:</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance</li></ul>
<ul><li>1+ years of experience in an AP focused role within a multinational environment</li></ul>
<ul><li>General understanding of basic accounting and finance procedures and concepts</li></ul>
<ul><li>Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate and use SAP</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel</li></ul>
<ul><li>General understanding of basic accounting and finance procedures and concepts</li></ul>
<ul><li>Process-oriented thinking</li></ul>
<ul><li>Independent and conscientious way of working</li></ul>
<ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel</li></ul>
<ul><li>Very good knowledge of English (reading, writing, and speaking). Other languages are a plus (German, French, Swedish)</li></ul><br>
