Make the FIFA World Cup 2026 move. Help us deliver seamless guest transportation&mdash;from airport transfers to city-to-city movements&mdash;across multiple Host Cities in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. You&rsquo;ll orchestrate motorcoach/sprinter/shuttle operations with our vendor partners, keep VIP and group movements on time, and lead field teams on the ground to create a world-class guest experience.What you&rsquo;ll do<ul><li>Plan and deliver regional passenger transport for fans/VIPs across Host Cities; manage on-the-day operations and incident response.</li><li>Build and enforce SLAs with motorcoach/shuttle vendors; ensure safety, readiness, and service quality across airports, stadiums, and hotels.</li><li>Lead and mentor Field Operations Coordinators; coordinate with Command Center; escalate/resolution for service disruptions.</li><li>Oversee capacity planning and allocations; manage data/reporting in tour/transport systems; track milestones, invoices, and budgets.</li><li>Travel for venue walk-throughs, QA, and staff training; partner cross-functionally with Travel, Hospitality, IT, Sales, and Central Ops.</li></ul>What you bring<ul><li>5+ years in passenger movement for major events/tour operations/travel programs (sports tournaments preferred).</li><li>Hands-on experience with airport transfers, motorcoach/charter vendors, shuttle operations, and guest service recovery at scale.</li><li>Strong vendor and stakeholder management; confident leading multi-city teams on event schedules.</li><li>Proficiency with planning/collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint/Excel/Project) and tour/transport operating systems.</li><li>Flexible for event hours; able to travel 25%+ during peak periods.</li></ul>Nice to have Bilingual; experience with ADA vehicle coordination; prior work with TMCs/DMCs, stadiums, airports, and hotels.Not this role This is not freight/cargo, CDL driver dispatch, warehouse logistics, or last-mile parcel delivery.Benefits<ul><li>Medical, Vision, &amp; Dental insurance</li><li>25 vacation days</li><li>5 sick days</li><li>12 Federal holidays</li></ul>Equal Opportunity BEYOND Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer and participates in E-Verify.Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: From $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
