 Beyond TalentEdge has a direct hire opportunity for a local business/entrepreneur focused institute that is expanding their HR team and looking to add a Human Resources Associate/Recruiter.
 
 
 Our client is opening a location in Buffalo therefore travel to and from Buffalo for the first 6-9 months will be required. A more in depth explanation of travel expectations and expense coverage will be provided to interested/qualified candidates.

 As the Human Resources Associate Recruiter you will provide essential support in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding talent to advance the Institute&rsquo;s mission. Working closely with the HR team and hiring managers. You will assist in managing the recruitment process, coordinating candidate interactions, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both applicants and hiring managers.
 
 
 This is a newly created position reporting to the Director of Human Resources.
 
 
 Partial responsibilities include:
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 Recruitment Coordination/Support (45%)
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Post job descriptions, schedule interviews, maintain applicant tracking system. Assist with preparing offer letters, onboarding documentation. Including Internal and External Recruitment coordination and support
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Candidate Sourcing/Pipeline Support (20%)
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in sourcing candidates through a variety of avenues (including but not limited to job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Onboarding Assistance (15%)
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate onboarding schedules, prepare new hire packets and ensure a smooth transition for new hires in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Process, Compliance &amp; HR Administrative Support (15%)
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in maintaining recruitment records, ensuring compliance with HR policies, employment laws, supporting file management and providing administrative assistance across HR functions.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Other (10%)
 
 
 QUALIFICATIONS:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Associates degree or equivalent experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification, professional license, or credentials &ndash; SHRM-CP, PHR
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with HRIS/ATS systems, MS Office, online recruiting tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver's license
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 SKILLS
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prior experience providing support in HR, recruiting or related administrative functions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in higher education preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recruitment, communication, confidentiality, technology proficiency and problem solving/adaptability
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Salary - $50,000 - $60,000
 
 
 Hours/locations:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 40hrs (salary), M-F,
 </li>
 <li>
 Some weekends and evenings, events, job fairs etc..
 </li>
 <li>
 Rochester/Buffalo (initially)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Special travel requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 For the first 6-9 months this will require travelling to the Buffalo location
 </li>
 <li>
 All travel and lodging if necessary will be covered, mileage reimbursed
 </li>
