Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).</li><li>Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.</li><li>Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content and visuals.</li><li>Manage ad budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.</li><li>Track, report, and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of proven experience in digital marketing and paid media buying.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media management is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
