Beyou Behavior Therapy is looking for a compassionate and motivated Behavior Therapist to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
Position: Behavior Therapist 
Pay: $22.00 &ndash; $24.00 per hour

Where And How You Can Work</h2><ul><li>
In-person sessions in Oakley, Brentwood, Antioch</li><li>
Home, school, and community-based settings</li><li>
Part-time schedule</li><li>
Availability required: Monday&ndash;Friday, 3:00 PM &ndash; 7:30 PM</li><li>
Minimum 10 hours per week; 15&ndash;20 hours maximum per week</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;d Be Doing In This Role</h2>
You&rsquo;ll work directly with children on the autism spectrum, providing play-based therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work will help children build essential life, communication, and social skills while supporting families in meaningful ways.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h2><ul><li>
Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy</li><li>
Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA</li><li>
Support the development of communication, social, and self-help skills</li><li>
Collect and record session data as required</li><li>
Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment</li><li>
Follow all physical and safety requirements specific to each client</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>
Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, teaching, etc.)</li><li>
Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area</li><li>
Consistent availability Monday&ndash;Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM</li><li>
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (F-1 students seeking OPT paid opportunities are welcome)</li><li>
Ability to pass a background check</li><li>
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one)</li><li>
Completion of TB test, physical exam, and proof of vaccination</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
