<div></div><div>Beztak is looking to hire a <b>Service Manager </b>to join our team. This position is responsible for supervising their maintenance team to ensure the property, grounds, and equipment are safe, orderly, and visibly appealing.</div>
<div></div><div><b>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</b></div>
<ul><li>Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services, and facility expansion.</li>
<li>Plans budgets and schedules facility modifications, including cost estimates.</li>
<li>Inspects construction and installation progress.</li>
<li>Motivate and hold accountable a team to provide excellent customer service and high-quality repairs in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Performs various duties such as building repairs, snow removal, or groundskeeping to provide residents with a clean and well-maintained living environment.</li>
<li>Responsible for the hiring of team members and providing continuous learning and development of their team.</li>
<li>Documents replacement of appliances, carpet, vinyl, water heaters, condensers, etc., in all units. Also tracks systems repairs, apartment painting (full paint or touch-up), refrigerator coil cleaning, and other major repairs.</li>
<li>Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.</li>

The primary responsibility is to greet visitors, present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner, and properly secure lease agreements</div>

<ul><li>Manage all leases from potential and existing clients.</li>
<li>Coordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of contact management database.</li>
<li>Market all rental listings</li>

<li>Execute new lease agreements and coordinate move-in processes.</li>
<li>Prepare all lease-related paperwork.</li>
