About the Role
BFC Solutions is seeking a Safety Director to lead enterprise safety across a nationwide, route-based field workforce, manufacturing operations, and corporate teams&mdash;with a strong, day-to-day partnership with Fleet. This role is based in Nashville and requires regular in-office presence to support cross-functional collaboration, leadership visibility, and program execution. The Safety Director will build scalable programs, strengthen frontline execution, and drive measurable reductions in incidents, DART/TRIR, severity, workers&rsquo; compensation exposure, and fleet-related risk.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
Enterprise Safety Leadership<ul><li>
Own the enterprise safety strategy, annual operating plan, and governance across field, manufacturing, fleet, and corporate environments.</li><li>
Establish consistent execution rhythms: KPI reporting, audits/inspections, corrective action tracking, and leader accountability.</li><li>
Manage the safety budget, vendors, tools, and PPE strategy.</li></ul>
Fleet &amp; Driver Safety (Critical Partnership)<ul><li>
Serve as the primary safety partner to Fleet leadership; co-own a fleet safety roadmap and outcomes (preventable incidents, driver behaviors, severity reduction).</li><li>
Lead fleet incident response and investigations in partnership with Fleet and claims partners, including preventability reviews and corrective actions.</li><li>
Partner with Fleet on readiness and compliance: vehicle inspections, maintenance adherence, and safety-critical standards.</li><li>
Use telematics and fleet data to identify trends and deploy targeted coaching and interventions.</li></ul>
Field Safety (Route-Based Operations)<ul><li>
Implement practical, technician-ready safety programs (hazard identification, ladder/fall prevention, tools/equipment safety, customer requirements, LOTO as applicable).</li><li>
Embed safety into daily operations through partnerships with regional leaders and frontline supervisors.</li><li>
Build simple, effective near-miss and hazard reporting with strong follow-through and closure discipline.</li></ul>
Manufacturing / Facility Safety<ul><li>
Lead safety programs for facilities/manufacturing environments (machine guarding, LOTO, ergonomics, PIT as applicable, chemical safety, PPE).</li><li>
Ensure site inspections, JSAs/JHAs, and corrective actions are completed to standard and on schedule.</li></ul>
Compliance, Training, and Culture<ul><li>
Own OSHA recordkeeping and reporting (300/300A/301), incident classification, and inspection readiness.</li><li>
Build scalable training (onboarding, recurring requirements, supervisor training, and driver safety training).</li><li>
Drive safety communications and leader coaching to strengthen a consistent, accountable safety culture.</li></ul>
What You Bring
Required<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
8+ years of progressive safety leadership across multi-site operations; experience supporting dispersed/frontline field teams strongly preferred.</li><li>
Strong OSHA knowledge, incident investigation capability, and recordkeeping proficiency.</li><li>
Demonstrated success improving safety performance through operational partnership, field execution, and leader accountability.</li><li>
Experience partnering with Fleet on driver safety and fleet risk reduction (incident response, preventability, coaching, readiness/inspection discipline).</li><li>
Ability to travel nationally up to 30&ndash;50%.</li><li>
Ability and willingness to work primarily from BFC&rsquo;s Nashville office (this role is not remote).</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
CSP, ASP, CHST, or similar certification.</li><li>
Experience in route-based services, facilities maintenance, construction trades, logistics/transportation, or manufacturing.</li><li>
Experience implementing safety technologies (audit platforms, learning tools, telematics/driver coaching systems).</li></ul>

BFC Solutions is seeking a Field Quality Analyst to validate technician workmanship across our markets through structured, high-volume review of photo and image documentation. This centralized quality assurance role applies consistent audit criteria to confirm that work meets BFC standards, initiates and verifies corrective actions when needed, and provides Operations Leaders and customers with clear, evidence-based quality analysis. The Field Quality Analyst leverages BFConnect (BFC&rsquo;s internal proprietary system) and SafetyCulture to document findings, manage workflows, and drive continuous improvement across markets.

What You&rsquo;ll Do
Photo/Workmanship Quality Auditing<ul><li>
Review technician-submitted photos/images to confirm completeness, accuracy, and adherence to BFC scope, procedures, and documentation standards.</li><li>
Apply standardized audit criteria to identify defects, omissions, inconsistencies, and compliance gaps based on visual evidence.</li><li>
Validate correct labeling, sequencing, and minimum photo requirements to ensure jobs are defensible and customer-ready.</li></ul>
Corrective Action and Rework Management<ul><li>
Initiate rework/service calls in BFConnect when audits indicate incomplete or poor-quality workmanship; document deficiencies and required corrective actions clearly.</li><li>
Track rework status to closure, re-audit completed work, and verify corrective actions fully resolve issues.</li><li>
Escalate critical findings (safety, compliance, high customer impact, repeat failure patterns) to Operations leadership with supporting evidence.</li></ul>
Operations Enablement and Market-Level Insight<ul><li>
Provide actionable quality insights by market/region/technician (as applicable), including defect categories, repeat issues, and corrective action outcomes.</li><li>
Produce routine quality summaries/scorecards and communicate trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to market and regional leaders.</li><li>
Identify training opportunities and partner with Operations, Training, and Safety to translate trends into targeted coaching, job aids, and process improvements.</li></ul>
Customer-Facing Quality Analysis<ul><li>
Support customer reporting with clear, evidence-based narratives: what was completed, what is missing/deficient, required remediation, and verification of completion.</li><li>
Ensure documentation is organized and consistent to support transparency, customer confidence, and issue resolution.</li></ul>
Systems and Tools<ul><li>
Use BFConnect to review documentation, initiate tickets/service calls, track corrective actions, disposition audits, and support reporting inputs.</li><li>
Use SafetyCulture to execute checklists/audits, reference standard work, capture trend inputs, and maintain program documentation.</li></ul>
Calibration and Continuous Improvement<ul><li>
Participate in calibration sessions to align scoring interpretation and ensure consistent application of standards.</li><li>
Maintain and improve audit tools (checklists, defect categories, photo standards, SOP references) within SafetyCulture and applicable systems.</li><li>
Meet productivity and accuracy expectations while maintaining strong attention to detail and consistent judgment.</li></ul>
What You Bring
Required<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate&rsquo;s degree or relevant coursework preferred.</li><li>
2+ years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, operations support, or a similarly detail-intensive review function (field-service exposure preferred).</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to apply standards consistently, make evidence-based decisions, and document findings clearly.</li><li>
Strong written communication skills for audit notes, escalations, and customer-facing summaries.</li><li>
Proficiency using operational systems and structured workflows; ability to become highly effective in BFConnect and SafetyCulture (or similar systems).</li><li>
Strong organization, time management, and ability to deliver outcomes in a metrics-driven environment.</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Experience supporting technician-driven operations (field services, maintenance, installation, construction, inspections).</li><li>
Experience with defect categorization, trend reporting, and continuous improvement methods (recurring issue identification, root-cause themes).</li><li>
Experience participating in calibration/scoring sessions and maintaining consistent quality standards across distributed teams.</li></ul>
