Flexibility and support are built into how we work.Innovation-driven: We embrace technology (QBO, Xero, Gusto, BILL, Karbon, and more) to streamline workflows and make space for strategic, impactful work.If you&rsquo;re looking for a role where your expertise is valued, your ideas are heard, and your career can grow &mdash; this could be your next step.&middot; Full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple entities&middot; Processing multi-state payroll&middot; Accounts payable &amp; receivable management&middot; Bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations&middot; Reviewing and mentoring junior bookkeepers&middot; Using project management tools to track and deliver client work&middot; Onboarding &amp; training new clients on software and processes&middot; Preparing financial statements &amp; supporting accounting schedules (prepaids, accruals, etc.)&middot; Managing client relationships with professionalism and proactive communication&middot; Assisting with cleanup projects, migrations, and other special accounting initiativesWhat You Bring&middot; 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online or Xero (Desktop migration experience a plus)&middot; Proven ability to manage multiple companies simultaneously; 10 &ndash; 15 companies at minimum.&middot; 3+ years of multi-state payroll&middot; 2+ years multi-state sales tax returns&middot; Strong knowledge of accrual accounting&middot; Detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives working independently in a remote environment&middot; Experience with SaaS, Medical, Spas, or Franchise businesses a plus&middot; A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow into an Accounting Manager roleIf you love helping businesses succeed, enjoy using innovative tools to solve problems, and want to be part of a supportive, growing team, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!If you love helping businesses succeed, enjoy using innovative tools to solve problems, and want to be part of a supportive, growing team, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
