 Contract Coordinator
 
 
 
 
 Position Overview
 
 
 
 The Contract Coordinator supports the company&rsquo;s day-to-day purchasing, vendor coordination, and procurement tracking across the agency. This role is an embedded partner to account, operations, and finance teams, helping ensure work moves quickly while meeting client and vendor procurement requirements. A significant portion of this role supports client and vendor procurement processes, including onboarding, compliance documentation, and procurement systems. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role in a fast-paced environment, where strong follow-through and clear communication are critical.
 
 
 The position is remote in Pakistan and with working hours 9:00am ET to 5:30pm ET or similar schedule.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, vendor setup, and invoice tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with account operations, and finance teams to keep work moving and resolve procurement-related blockers. Support client procurement processes (vendor onboarding, compliance forms, new business procurement requests).

 Serve as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and client procurement contacts when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate procurement and contract records, including vendor and client contract documentation, system updates, and tracking across platforms (e.g., CLM systems)

 Support the procurement team with sourcing requests, pricing comparisons, and vendor research
 </li>
 <li>
 Track contract lifecycles, including renewals, key dates, and execution status
 </li>
 <li>
 Help monitor procurement budgets and reconcile purchasing records with finance teams including validating invoices against contract terms and approved budgets/actuals
 </li>

 Communicate with vendors regarding orders, invoicing, and account updates
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure purchasing activities follow agency policies, approval workflows, and procurement guidelines

 Assist with reporting and administrative tasks, including pulling contract data, generating reports, and supporting ad hoc business requests

 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred

 1&ndash;3 years of administrative, procurement, operations, finance, or coordinator experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Internship experience in procurement, operations, or agency environments is a plus
 </li>

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Agentic Platform Architect / Systems Administrator

Position Overview

The Agentic Platform Architect / Systems Administrator owns the technical environment that enables BGB to move from isolated AI experimentation to a secure, governed, and scalable AI operating model. This role designs, implements, secures, and maintains the infrastructure for LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, Cortex-style memory, Claims Library services, knowledge repositories, data pipelines, and automation platforms. <li>Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure that supports internal AI platforms, LLM services, agent orchestration, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and automation services.</li>
<li>Architect the technical foundation for core AI operating model components, including the Orchestration Engine, Claims Library, Cortex/memory layer, GPT portfolio, and agentic workflow environments.</li>
<li>Administer cloud, hybrid, and enterprise environments that support AI workloads, with clear standards for scalability, resiliency, disaster recovery, access, and cost management.</li>
<li>Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, secrets management, identity controls, environment separation, and enterprise security requirements for AI-enabled systems.</li>
<li>Establish CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, deployment workflows, automated provisioning, and release controls for AI agents, services, skills, and integrations.</li>

<li>Operationalize governance controls for model access, prompt and output logging, audit trails, data retention, protected content, human review checkpoints, and environment-level guardrails.</li>
<li>Partner with engineering and product to evaluate build-versus-buy options, vendor architectures, integration patterns, and long-term platform scalability.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, data-flow, access, performance, and operational issues that affect AI workflow delivery.</li>
<li>Enables the AI operating model to scale beyond pilots by creating the secure technical backbone for agents, GPTs, orchestration, and memory.</li>
<li>Owns the infrastructure layer that allows reusable intelligence, standardized workflows, and governed automation to become part of everyday operations.</li>

Qualifications

<li>5+ years of systems administration, DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience.</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP, including identity, networking, storage, monitoring, security, and cost management.</li>
<li>Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, scripting, observability tooling, and automated deployment practices.</li>
