Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Scheduler is responsible for coordinating high-volume interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers throughout the recruiting process.

As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you'll manage interview logistics, monitor interview confirmations, maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS, and serve as a professional point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders. While interview scheduling is the primary focus of the role, you'll also provide administrative and operational support to Talent Acquisition as needed.

This position is fully remote and will require the employee to work the hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm ET Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

<li>Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations across multiple global time zones.</li>

Qualifications

<li>2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, executive scheduling, or a similar administrative or coordination role.</li>
<li>Experience managing high-volume scheduling across multiple time zones.</li>
<li>Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Greenhouse experience preferred.</li>

Medical Editor
Position Overview
The Medical Editor is responsible for the editorial integrity and factual accuracy of all marketing materials we develop and produce. This position ensures all pieces are grammatically and factually flawless and comply with American Medical Association (AMA) style, client style, and US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) rules and regulations. The Medical Editor contributes the fullest extent of their knowledge and understanding toward maintaining the highest levels of quality control. This position reports to the Associate Editorial Supervisor or Editorial Supervisor.

Candidates must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Edits initial round of jobs for all assigned accounts for content as well as for AMA style, client style, FDA rules and regulations, grammar, spelling, and consistency within the piece and among related pieces within a campaign</li>
<li>Fact-checks initial round of jobs and subsequent rounds as necessary; has the ability to understand scientific and medical data to ensure that copy accurately represents the source from which it was taken</li>
<li>Ensures the quality of formatting and visual layout</li>
<li>Performs all editorial reviews (ie, initial full-edit through release), including copyedits, W4Ws, fact-checks, and check changes at designated times in the job life cycle</li>
<li>Creates and maintains comprehensive style guides for all assigned accounts</li>
<li>Attends status and kickoff meetings for all assigned accounts; participates in the development of timelines when appropriate</li>
<li>Establishes solid working relationships with all internal brand team and department members</li>
<li>Provides backup to other members of the Editorial department</li>
<li>Accurately tracks time spent on each job and enters in time-tracking system on a daily basis</li>

 The Contract Coordinator supports the company&rsquo;s day-to-day purchasing, vendor coordination, and procurement tracking across the agency.  The AI Software Engineer designs, develops, and improves the AI-enabled applications, agents, copilots, integrations, and workflow automations that bring BGB&rsquo;s AI operating vision to life. This role converts product requirements and business workflows into working software that supports operational efficiency, knowledge management, content workflows, claims reuse, strategic planning, production standardization, and measurement. The engineer is responsible for building solutions that are usable, maintainable, governed, and ready to scale across agency teams.

 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and maintain internal AI-enabled applications, agents, copilots, workflow automations, GPT skills, and reusable service components.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop core capabilities connected to the AI operating model, including Orchestration Engine workflows, Claims Library functionality, Cortex/memory use cases, 3D Science strategic tools, editorial/copy assistance, and production automation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop integrations between LLM platforms, enterprise systems, data sources, content repositories, project workflows, design tools, analytics platforms, and knowledge bases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build RAG systems, prompt orchestration workflows, AI service layers, embedding pipelines, structured output patterns, and reusable agent tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop APIs, middleware, backend services, event triggers, data connectors, and automation logic that allow agents to operate across systems safely and consistently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement guardrails, validation logic, hallucination checks, source attribution, human-in-the-loop review, approval routing, permissions, and governance controls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize prompt workflows, model selection, latency, performance, reliability, cost efficiency, and token usage for production-level AI workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Product, UX, SMEs, and end users to prototype, test, refine, and scale AI solutions that solve real workflow needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, code reviews, QA processes, documentation, and release management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain reusable code libraries, prompt templates, evaluation scripts, agent patterns, and technical documentation that accelerate future AI development.

 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in enterprise applications, automation platforms, data-driven products, or AI-enabled tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using AI/LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or comparable platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or other modern software engineering languages and frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience building APIs, middleware, backend services, cloud-based applications, and secure integrations with third-party systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, RAG architecture, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and AI evaluation methods.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of software quality practices, testing, monitoring, CI/CD, security controls, and maintainable documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and translate workflow pain points into practical AI-enabled software solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience using AI tools as an active part of your development or product workflow
 </li>
 <li>
 Converts BGB&rsquo;s AI vision into tangible products, workflows, and agents that teams can actually use.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports the move from manual, labor-intensive execution to standardized, AI-assisted and agentic delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creates reusable technical patterns that help the agency improve margin, consistency, speed, and knowledge reuse over time.
